Photographer Delta Whiskey – The Old Folkie tells us about this February 26, 2010 seaside image: The photo was taken on the foreshore of Swansea Bay. Swansea is in the south of Wales, a part of the United Kingdom (AKA, Great Britain). That explains the sandy looking soil, the beach is a matter meters away and sand blows off it onto the promenade where the daffodils are planted. These daffodils are a common sight here as it is the national flower of Wales. Here is a link to them in March of last year.
The image was taken on a Nikon D90 with a macro filter added to the front of a 18mm-105mm lens.
