What a lovely scene to start my day. Thanks for posting, and allow me to post a few lines about my favorite flower.

Joyful, loving planting
In strategic places last fall
Will soon magnificent vistas –
Daffodils, stunning daffodils. all:
King Alfred beauties,
Their heads in March winds swaying,
“We’re delighted to be here”,
Before long, they will be saying.
(Due to an unusually cold stretch here in East Tennessee, USA, our daffodils are not yet blooming, but with a warm-up, it shouldn’t be too long now.)
Oops, two typos to correct: Title should be “Spring’s early glory”, and 3rd line down, “will soon yield magnificent vistas”.
